Magnolia-licious challenge

Hello everyone!!

Hasn't it been a chilly few days! I am not enjoying it at all now as it just makes my fibro pain so much worse. I need sunshine and warmth now please mother nature!!

Thanks to mum getting some money back from the PPi thing, we can finally afford to take our Emily on only her 2nd holiday of her 13 years. We are going to beautiful Cornwall, which we adore and are staying nice and close to the beach, so I can't wait for sunshine and resting on the sand. heaven!

Right enough of the chit chat. Here is my card for the Magnolia-licious challenge, which is Birthdays

I had to send this off quickly, so didn't get time to take proper photos but here it is:

I am loving using spring colours again. They seem to go perfectly with this adorable Tilda and watering can.
If I had had more time to make this card, I would have added more layers and die cuts I think, as it looks a bit simple, but then maybe less is more sometimes? I should have coloured the sky in too, but this was a quick make with a very short time limit, and colouring Tilda takes me long enough.

I hope you all have a lovely week and keep wrapped up warm.

Here's hoping my beloved Tottenham Hotspurs go 3rd in the table tonight when we beat the Hammers. COYS! lol

Totally Tilda challenge.

Here is my entry for the Totally Tilda challenge this month, which is "Valentines Tilda".

This took me ages, as I can only craft small bits at a time, but I loved how it turned out. I love this Tilda with the heart and the two other magnolia stamps.

Spring is coming!!

Hello everyone!!
Well, yet again, it's been ages since i've blogged. Winter is always a tough time for me health wise and the cold has really flared up the fibromyalgia. I'm almost like a tortoise as I almost hibernate through winter.
I love the snow though and managed to a bit of fun with my niece, before I collapsed for days after, but it was worth it!
Look what we made:

My neighbour helped us and we had a good laugh, but I was happy to be back in the warm and snoozing!

I hope you all had some fun in the snow!
Right onto some crafting. I've been doing little bits of crafting at a time as i'm finding that even a few hours of card making can make me feel really poorly, so I just do little bits at a time.
I was asked to make a couple of cards for a friend of mine so here they are:

It's been lovely making some cards again. I hope you like them.

I have one more post to do now, for a challenge and then off for a rest.

I hope I have more to show you soon, as I have my niece with me for half term and we'll be doing some scrapbooking together. I can't wait!
Wishing you all a good weekend xxxxx
