This card is inspired by the sketch over at Marie's . The challenge also stated that we had to use our favourite stamp and explain why.
Well, one of my newer stamps from penny black is my fave at the moment. I love how thin and clean the lines of these designs are and the frog is just so cute. Its such a versatile stamp as well as it can be used for male and female cards and for all sorts of greetings.
Again, i love the pink and lime green combination as its so fresh and spring like.
Ive mounted the image on bazzill card and added 2 strips of green on either side, which ive added a shimmer to with a clear stardust pen to make it stand out against the green background paper.(much more shimmery IRL).
Ive used doodlebug paper(yes i am addicted!) and some pretty pink ribbon by papermania.
The greeting is kept small in the bottom corner and is a tahnk you peel off by anitas.

This card was inspired by a sketch by DivineMissM .
I think this sketch was perfect for a boys card as its a nice simple design and not too fussy.
My young cousin has recently received an outstanding achievment award at school for passing everyone of his SAT's with the highest score in the whole year, so we are all so so proud of him. So i thought he deserved a well done card.
The blue paper is from a bittyscrap pad from Provo Craft. he stripy paper is doodlebug , as are the rub on letters.
Ive mounted it on silver card to add some contrast and added some light blue gems to the corners.

This card was inspired by the sketch challenge at Beate's. I did start off with black retro paper and a reddy/pink card, but its just wasnt working so i decided on these gorgeous doodlebug and rob and bob studio papers.
The chipboard flower is coloured with Brilliance dew drops a few times and glamour dusted. I punched a small heart for the centre to pick up on the hearts on the paper.
Ive edged all the squares with a clear stardust sakura pen to add some definition.
The sentiment is a cute little hero arts stamp.

After peeking at Cheryl's challenge links i decided to have a go myself to try and get some inspiration to make different style of cards than normal.
This card is based on a sketch by Di Hickman.
I cant remember who the paper is by as i bought it from Ebay a long while ago. The Happy Birthday stamp is by Rubber Stampede, and again i taped each word off to seperate them.
The flower fabric sequins were embellished with a blob of yellow stickles.

and the sentiment is Elzybells.
